Take back control of your timing.
A private training program built on techniques clinicians have used for years — paced in real time, and rebuilt every week around what you log.
Why the apps you’ve already found didn’t help
Built by outsiders
The top app in the category ships next to a QR scanner and a colour game.
One fixed calendar
The same six weeks for everyone, whether or not week two ever clicked.
Streaks and leaderboards
A streak measures whether you opened an app, not the thing you came for.
One prescription for everyone
Everyone gets the same squeezing drills. Not everyone needs squeezing.
What the program actually is
Arousal awareness
Learning the 0–10 scale, and where your own point of no return sits.
Pelvic floor, both directions
Building strength, and releasing tension. Which one you need depends on your intake answers.
Stimulation retraining
Slower, varied, undoing a fast conditioning pattern.
Breathing and attention
Staying present instead of watching yourself perform.
Six stages, in this order
Solo, dry
Name your level without thinking.
Solo, lubricated
Stop at 7 and recover, three times.
Solo, high arousal
Hold at 8 and recover, twice.
Partnered, non-penetrative
Hold that control while a partner paces.
Partnered, static
A full session at 7, no movement.
Partnered, full
You’ve stopped counting.
What a session is
Ten to fourteen minutes. Audio, so you listen to it rather than read it, with your eyes shut and your phone face down. It paces you in real time: it tells you when to slow down, when to stop, and when to start again, while it is happening rather than in a paragraph you are meant to remember afterwards.
What this is built on
Standard clinical techniques, sequenced and paced in real time — then rewritten each week around what you log.
Average time across 40 men, after 12 weeks of pelvic-floor training.
- Not a trial of this app
Small, uncontrolled, run in a clinic with equipment no app has.
- What “normal” is
Median 5.4 minutes across 491 men, wide spread. Already in range? The problem may be expectation, not timing.
- The evidence is thin
10 trials, 521 men, unclear risk of bias. Real-time pacing is our bet on the missing piece.

Questions you’re probably having
Who is this actually for?
Men whose timing consistently ends sex before they want it to, and who are bothered by it. It works whether this has always been the case or started at some point; the program weights differently depending on which.
Is this medical treatment?
No. It’s structured training and education, not a treatment for a diagnosed condition. If your problem started suddenly, or comes with erection difficulty, see a doctor first.
How is this different from the other apps?
Four things. It is built with a clinician rather than by a studio that also ships utility apps. It moves you on when you have cleared a stage instead of when a six-week calendar says so. It has no streaks, no XP and no leaderboard, because none of those measure the thing you came for. And it asks what is actually going on before it prescribes anything, so the men who need to release tension are not told to squeeze harder.
Is this just Kegels?
No. Pelvic floor work is one part of it, and on its own it is the part most people already tried and gave up on. The rest is arousal recognition, breathing under pressure, and stop-start practice, sequenced so each one has something to build on.
How long before anything changes?
We’re not going to give you a number we can’t stand behind. This is training, so it depends on how consistently you do it and where you’re starting from. What we can tell you is that the plan is built in weekly stages and you log as you go, so you can see whether it is moving rather than guessing.
Do I need a partner?
No. The whole program is designed to be done alone, at home, in private. Nothing asks you to involve anyone else or to explain what you’re doing.
What does it cost?
The waitlist is free. There is also an optional €5 founding-member deposit: it is refundable any time before launch, it comes off your first month if you stay, and it locks in a lower price for as long as you stay subscribed. Skipping it changes nothing about your place on the list.
How private is this?
No real name required, no photo, a discreet icon. Nothing about you is sold.
What happens to my email?
It is used to tell you when Becomr opens, and nothing else. Ask us to delete it at any time by emailing hello@becomr.app.
Stop treating it like it’s permanent.
Free to join. We’ll email you once when Becomr opens, and that’s the only thing your address gets used for.
