Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.

Becomr is a strength-training app, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and must not be used for contraception, fertility planning or pregnancy detection. Cycle phases, training recommendations and anything the in-app Coach says are general fitness information only, and never a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to a doctor before starting a new training program. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Strength training carries a risk of injury. You use the App and train entirely at your own risk. Weights, sets and progressions the App suggests are estimates only — use your own judgment, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account; this does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

The Coach and workout builder use AI to generate responses and workouts. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for you — use your own judgment, and never rely on it for medical decisions. Don't misuse the AI features to generate unlawful or harmful content, or to overload the service.

Some features require Becomr Premium, an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple's App Store, on the price and terms shown in the App before purchase. Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds are all handled by Apple under its own policies — we don't have access to your payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

You agree not to misuse the App — including attempting to access another user's data, bypass security or paywalls, reverse-engineer the App, interfere with its operation, or resell or exploit it commercially.

The App and its content — design, software, exercise library, text and the Becomr name — belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the App on your own devices, subject to these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €0 if you have not paid us anything.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here and updating the date above. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple — Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your licence to use the App is limited to Apple-branded devices you own or control, per Apple's Usage Rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the courts of Estonia. If you're an EU/EEA consumer, this doesn't remove any mandatory protection your local law gives you.

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right isn't a waiver of it. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App.
