Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Becomr. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
In Becomr, go to Profile → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I download or delete my data?
Profile → Download My Data exports everything as a file. Profile → Delete Account permanently deletes your account and data.
How do I stop sharing data with AI?
Profile → Turn Off AI Data Sharing. The Coach and workout builder stop sending anything to OpenAI; the rest of the app keeps working.
How do I disconnect Apple Health?
iPhone Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Becomr.
